Jewish Child’s Day (JCD) is the UK’s leading grant giving Jewish charity. We have been transforming lives of children in need around the world for 75 years. Each year, over 25,000 Jewish children rely upon us to save them from deprivation, disadvantage, abuse and neglect. We are there to nurture them and offer them a better, brighter future.
During the past year, our support has resulted in:
Hours of therapy delivered, helping vulnerable children with a wide array of challenges.
Grants allocated overall – 16% allocated to purchase much-needed equipment including wheelchairs, hoists and incubators.
Meals provided to children living in poverty, through JCD supported projects.
Children’s lives changed at afterschool clubs and holiday camps for those living with critical illnesses, disabilities, in extreme poverty and suffering neglect.
