JCD Dinner breaks all records
JCD raised in excess of £75,000 from their recent annual cabaret and dinner at the Renaissance Chancery Court Hotel in central London.
“We are delighted by the support we received from our donors at this year's diamond anniversary dinner. Our net profit was a fantastic twenty five per cent up on last year,” said JCD executive director Daniel Burger.
"This will go towards JCD's funding of disadvantaged Jewish children's services worldwide."
Two hundred guests sat down to a gourmet dinner with a different fine wine to complement each course.
Entertainment for the 200 guests was provided by the Bee Gees Experience and auction prizes included a trip to New York including accommodation and dinner at a top restaurant, a private pod on the London Eye with champagne and a weekend cruise on a state-of-the-art new cruiseliner.
