Jewish Child's Day is the children's charity for Jewish children to help those children around the world who are less fortunate than themselves.
SEND IN YOUR IDEAS
You can help by organising an event with your friends, your schoolmates, brothers, sisters, cousins and friends. Let us know what you did for Jewish Child's Day, email your stories and photographs and we will feature you on the JCD website.

Sponsored FUN events
Silence - non-stop-talk-a-thon - dance - hop, skip or jump - swim - skate - smile - draw (for instance, how many silly faces can you draw in one hour) - sing - how many things you can put in a matchbox - three legged walk (how many times 2 of you can walk around the playground with one of your legs tied together).
FUNdraising events to do in groups
Bring and buy sale - Jumble sale - Boot sale - Chanukah play with entrance fee - make this more interesting by having a theme - fancy dress - boys dressed as girls and girls dressed as boys - wearing your clothes backwards - wearing funny ties - wearing silly hats - wearing a particular colour - wearing clothes that look absolutely awful.
FUNdraising activities to do on your own
Selling doughnuts, latkes or sweets - Car washing - Producing a comic or magazine and selling it to people you know - Selling your drawings or paintings to people you know - Jobs around the house or for people you know.
